BriteSpark Films is a London-based Briitish television production company owned by international production group Argonon that creates factual content like premium documentaries, current affairs, and popular series for UK and international broadcasters.

It was established on 22 January 2013 when London-based international production group Argonon had joined forces with former Wag TV head of development & Cineflix head of documentaries and documentary film-maker Nick Godwin who had left the Canadian production & distrbution Cineflix into establishing a joint-venture factual boutique production subsidiary with a international look called BriteSpark Films which would be based in Argonon's London-based headquarters with Nick Godwim heading the joint-venture production subsidiary BriteSpark Films as its creative director. [1]

On 11 October 2017, BriteSpark Films established a Bristol production office based in that region and launched a Bristol-based production division entitled BriteSpark West with Simon Greenwood became head of BriteSpark Films' new Bristol production office & division BriteSpark West as managing director of the new production office with Bad Tenants, Rogue Landlords became BriteSpark West's first production.
