The British Society of Gerontology is a learned society in the United Kingdom dedicated to enhancing knowledge about ageing and later life. It is a member of the Academy of Social Sciences. [1]

The Historical Society operates with a full and part-time staff of ten and an annual operating budget of approximately US$1,000,000. Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum is a multi-purpose arena in Greenville, North Carolina, US. The arena opened in 1968. It is home to the East Carolina University Pirates men's and women's basketball teams and women's volleyball team. The facility underwent a complete renovation prior to the 1994–95 season and seats 8,000 people. The building was named for the Minges and Williams families in honor of their longstanding support of the University.

Drehu is an Austronesian language mostly spoken on Lifou Island, Loyalty Islands, New Caledonia. It has about 12,000 fluent speakers and the status of a French regional language. Prothipendyl, also known as azapromazine or phrenotropin, is an anxiolytic, antiemetic, and antihistamine of the azaphenothiazine group which is marketed in Europe and is used to treat anxiety and agitation in psychotic syndromes. It differs from promazine only by the replacement of one carbon atom with a nitrogen atom in the tricyclic ring system. Prothipendyl is said to not possess antipsychotic effects, and in accordance, appears to be a weaker dopamine receptor antagonist than other phenothiazines.

San Dimas station is an under construction light rail station in the Los Angeles Metro Rail system. The station is located on San Dimas Avenue near its intersection with Bonita Avenue along the Pasadena Subdivision right-of-way in San Dimas, California. It will be served by the A Line. It is currently under construction as part of the Foothill Extension Project and is slated to open in early 2025.
