Lumidee Cedeño is an American rapper, singer and songwriter. She quickly rose to fame in 2003 with the release of her song "Never Leave You ", which peaked at number three on the Billboard Hot 100, and also peaked within the top ten of the charts in over ten countries, including the United Kingdom, and topped the charts in several mainland European countries. However, she is mostly known for this one single, making her a one-hit wonder.
