Bronwen Weber

Bronwen Weber (born in Calgary, Alberta) is a Canadian-born pastry chef and renowned cake decorator based in Dallas, Texas. [1] In her 30-year career she has worked at a variety of bakeries and won numerous awards, including the Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show grand prize in the wedding cake division.[ citation needed ] She is a frequent competitor on Food Network Challenge cake decorating competitions, [2] having competed over twenty times.

Bronwen currently runs her own cake business serving the DFW region called Bronwen Cakes. [3]

Elizabeth Falkner is an American consulting chef. She is currently residing and working in Los Angeles, CA and has been cooking since 1990. She frequently appears as a competitor and sometimes a judge on many of the cooking competitions on television from "The Next Iron Chef, Super Chefs", 2011 and "The Next Iron Chef, Redemption", 2012,, as well as "Chopped All Stars",, "Top Chef Masters", "Top Chef", "Top Chef: Just Desserts", (Bravo), "Top Chef, Canada", "Food Network Challenge",. Falkner was the executive/chef/pastry chef and managing partner of Citizen Cake for 14 years, and executive chef and co-owner/co-managing partner of Orson for 4 years, restaurants located in San Francisco, California, U.S.. Both establishments closed in 2011. In 2012 Falkner won First Prize at the World Pizza Championships in Naples, Italy with her innovative "Finocchio Flower Power" pizza. Falkner relocated to Brooklyn, NY in 2012-2020.

Anna Olson

Anna Olson is a professionally trained pastry chef. She resides in Welland in the Niagara region of Ontario, Canada. She was previously the host of Food Network Canada's Fresh with Anna Olson, Sugar and Kitchen Equipped and Bake with Anna Olson. She currently hosts the Twitter exclusive video short series Sweet Something which can be seen on Food Network Canada Twitter. Vanessa Le Page is a Canadian cake artist. Born in Toronto, Ontario, she is the daughter of Canadian artist T.
