Brotality is an American thrash and groove metal band that originated out of Narrowsburg, New York. The band began in 2016 between brothers Bryce (guitars/vocals) and Reece Maopolski (bass/vocals). In 2018, the band was joined by Liam Fenton on drums and the band began to record and perform shows alongside the likes of Knocked Loose, [4] Red, [4] Deep Purple, [2] and Judas Priest. [2] The band cites Mastodon, Alice Cooper, Metallica, Silent Planet, August Burns Red, and many others as influences. [5] [6]
Brotality began in 2016 between brothers Bryce and Reece Maopolski who performed guitars and bass, respectfully, with both handling vocals. The band, however, did not come to completion until the brothers met Liam Fenton in 2018, who would join the band on drums. [7] With Fenton in the band, the three released their debut EP, which was titled Hypernova. [8] However, this EP was recorded by Bryce, performing guitars, bass, and drums, with Reece and Liam not participating. [3] Later that year, in September 2018, the band would open for both Deep Purple and Judas Priest. [2] [7] The following year, the band released "Painmonger", followed by their sophomore EP titled The Provocation in March 2019. [9] The EP featured the whole band this time, a major departure from the djent sound of the first release. Bryce would also mix and master the release. [3] In September 2019, the band released "Legions Fall", set to be their debut single off their upcoming album. [9] [10]
In March 2020, the band signed with Rottweiler Records, a label out of Fort Wayne, Indiana, which is also home to bands such as Symphony of Heaven, Taking the Head of Goliath, Soul Embraced, and Skald in Veum. [5] [11] Their signing also saw the release of their next single, "Salting the Wound". [5] On June 26, 2020, the band debuted their lyric video for "Spiral Out", which would later release on July 3. [12] [13] The band also participated in a tribute show to Steve Rowe of Mortification, which was put on by Exodo Festival, covering the song "Gut Wrench" off of Primitive Rhythm Machine. [14]
On October 16, 2020, the band released their second D45, Foxhole, which featured both "Foxhole" and "Dirtnap". On October 17, 2020, the band premiered their debut music video, "Foxhole". [15] The band's debut album, Worldwide Desolation, was released on February 5, 2021, through Rottweiler to very positive reviews. On September 28, the band announced Liam Fenton's departure in pursuit of his personal life, playing his last show on October 3, 2021. With Fenton's departure, Tanner Snyder and Tyler Tompkins were called to fill-in until a replacement could be found. Snyder played a handful of shows, with Tompkins covering for five months until March 2, 2022, when John Haring was hired and announced as the newest member of the band. [16]

Frost Like Ashes is an American Christian black metal band that formed in Kansas City, Missouri in 2001. The band has released three EPs and a full-length album, Tophet, and their songs have appeared on three compilation albums. Previously signed to Psycho Acoustix Records and currently to Sullen Records, an imprint of Open Grave Records, their music combines elements of black metal, death metal and thrash metal with keyboards and virtuosic vocals notable for "switching between about 10 different extreme styles within a given song." Their lyrics have achieved attention for their harsh output, providing a Biblical point of view for the regular, cruel themes of black metal music. The band is also controversial for using the typical corpse paint style often associated with the black metal visuals.
Gary Lenaire is an American musician who primarily performs thrash metal and speed metal. Lenaire is best known for his work in Tourniquet, though later he began to work for BOSS amps and interviewed musicians, including Steve Vai, Marty Friedman, John 5, and Rudy Sarzo. Lenaire was nominated for six GMA Awards, and received Heaven's Metal Magazine's "guitarist of the year" award between 1994 and 1996.
Every Knee Shall Bow is an independent Christian metal band that consists of brothers guitarists Drew and Cole, bassist Shane, drummer DJ Wibblesman, and returning vocalist Chris Hull. The band's debut EP was mixed by Rocky Gray of Living Sacrifice, Evanescence, and Machina. The band was recommended in an interview with Gray and Jon Dunn of Soul Embraced about the local Arkansas metal scene. Their debut album was released on March 12, 2013. It was produced by Josh Barber.
Broken Flesh is a Christian death metal band, formed in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in 2004. The band has released three studio albums, Forever In Flames in 2009, Warbound in 2013, and Broken Flesh in 2015. They have released one extended play, Stripped, Stabbed, and Crucified, in 2012.
Rottweiler Records is a Christian metal record label based out of Dallas, Texas, United States. The label features bands such as Lust Control, Soul Embraced, The Jericho Harlot, and Pantokrator. The label started early on as a label that served punk rock, but has become a label that serves metal and punk. It is a Christian label, and therefore many of its artists are as well. The label was created by Shawn Browning, also known as Wretched of Grave Robber. Many bands on the label have placed high on CMW's charts and have had many positive reviews. The label participates in several compilations, including Kill the Ill a benefit comp for Rottweiler's owner Shawn Browning, and Metal Pulse: A Tribute to Dale Huffman.
Abated Mass of Flesh is an American brutal death metal band formed in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, in 2011. The band consists of vocalist Matthew Plunkett, guitarist Zack Plunkett, bassist Grant Alan and drummer James Atchison. They have been compared to Devourment, Dying Fetus, Impending Doom and Crimson Thorn.
Doomsday Hymn is a Brazilian Christian metal band, whose music incorporates metalcore, death metal, groove metal and thrash metal. They started making music together in 2013. They have released one studio album, Mene Tequel Ufarsim (2015), with Rottweiler Records.

Symphony of Heaven is a Christian blackened death metal band from Owensville, Indiana, United States. The band began in 2017 as a solo project, but morphed into a full band by 2019, consisting of Logan Thompson (guitars/vocals), David Napier (bass), Eero Tertsunen (guitars), and Mason Beard (drums). The band has released two studio albums, two EPs, and a split release. According to HM Magazine, the band is "one of the best death metal acts to form in the past four years" as of 2021.
Timōrātus, also stylized as TIMŌRĀTUS, began in 2006, as a solo project of David Napier. The band was to begin as a metal band, but Napier, who had injured his hands, began the project with a more programmed electronic foundation. The band describes their style as "Multi-genre metal".

Light Unseen is an American death metal and grindcore band that originated in San Marcos, Texas, United States. The band was founded by local Texas death metal and grindcore veteran Christian "Shun" Marthiljohni of Diminished, Southern Front, and The Monk. Marthiljohni hired on his friend Adrian Trevino to take over drums. The band signed with Nosral Recordings in January 2018. Light Unseen has been compared to Tortured Conscience and Antidemon. Currently, the band is signed with Rottweiler Records.

The album is the debut of Eero Tertsunen on guitars, David "Timōrātus" Napier (Timōrātus) on bass, and Mason "Asaph" Beard on drums, which saw founder Logan "Pathos" Thompson switch from everything to solely guitars and vocals. The album was originally titled Entropy, however Thompson changed the title later on throughout the process.
