The Buckle Up Music Festival was a three-day country music festival in Cincinnati, Ohio at Sawyer Point Yeatman's Cove on the bank of the Ohio River. The festival's inaugural event started from the 18th to 20 July 2014, and featured over 80 performances on six stages. [1] The festival was founded by MidPoint Music Festival co-founder and former Fountain Square managing director, Bill Donabedian. [2]
Headliners for the inaugural year included Willie Nelson, Alison Krauss & Union Station, Emmylou Harris, and Alabama. [3]
Local artists were provided with a platform to showcase their music and talents during the event. The music festival hosted over 80 artists performing on six different stages, in which some of the local artists included: Kentucky Struts, Straw Boss, Bobby Mackey, The Tillers, Kentucky Timbre, and Buffalo Wabs and the Price Hill Hustle.

Newport Folk Festival is an annual American folk-oriented music festival in Newport, Rhode Island, which began in 1959 as a counterpart to the Newport Jazz Festival. The festival was founded by music promoter and Jazz Festival founder George Wein, music manager Albert Grossman, and folk singers Pete Seeger, Theodore Bikel, and Oscar Brand. It was one of the first modern music festivals in America, and remains a focal point in the expanding genre of folk music. The festival was held in Newport annually from 1959 to 1969, except in 1961 and 1962, first at Freebody Park and then at Festival Field. In 1985, Wein revived the festival in Newport, where it has been held at Fort Adams State Park ever since.
Music Midtown is a large music festival held in Atlanta, Georgia, annually from 1994 to 2005, after which it returned in 2011 following a six-year hiatus. The festival ran consecutively from 2011-2019 with a cancellation in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The festival returned briefly in 2021, before a cancellation in 2022. In May of 2023, it was announced that Music Midtown would return. The festival runs for one weekend each year, typically in September. The event drew in excess of 300,000 attendees per year during its peak years.

VOA – Heavy Rock Festival is an open-air heavy metal/hard rock festival held annually in Lisbon, Portugal. All of the Muddy Roots music festivals featured musicians of varying genres, including country, blues, rock and roll, rockabilly, punk rock, bluegrass, and folk.

Blame My Roots Festival was an annual festival of country music in Morristown, Belmont County, Ohio. Founded by Chris Dutton, Nina Dutton, and Dino Giovannone, the annual festival debuted in 2019 when Jamboree in the Hills went on hiatus. The annual festival is held at the Valley View Campgrounds in Morristown, Ohio. The venue has hosted Jamboree in the Hills campers for 28 years and served as a venue for after parties. In the festivals debut year it showcased a variety of new, veteran, and legendary musicians on two different stages. Morristown is about 1½ hours west of Pittsburgh, and 20 minutes west of Wheeling, West Virginia.
