Club Deportivo San Luis Futbol Club is a Salvadoran football club based in San Luis Talpa, La Paz.

The team competed in the first division in 2000/2001 season after purchasing the spot of Santa Clara. [1] However the club were relegated after one season [2] and have failed to be promoted to the first division again.

The 2021–22 Primera División de El Salvador, also known as the Liga Pepsi, is the 23rd season and 45th and 46th Primera División tournament, El Salvador's top football division, since its establishment of an Apertura and Clausura format. Alianza F.C. and C.D. FAS are the defending champions of both Apertura and Clausura tournaments respectively. The league will consist of 12 teams. There will be two seasons conducted under identical rules, with each team playing a home and away game against the other clubs for a total of 22 games per tournament. At the end of each half-season tournament, the top six teams in that tournament's regular season standings will take part in the playoffs.

General elections will be held in El Salvador on 4 February 2024 to elect the president, vice president and all 60 deputies of the Legislative Assembly. This will be followed by a second set of elections on 3 March 2024 in which voters will elect all 44 mayors and municipal councils of the country's municipalities and all 20 of El Salvador's deputies to the Central American Parliament (PARLACEN). If necessary, a second presidential round will be held on the same date if no candidate receives over 50 percent of the vote in the first round.
