C. R. Vijayakumari is an Indian actress in the Tamil film industry from 1953 to 2003.
Vijayakumari debuted under the name Mohana. Subsequently, the name Vijayakumari was chosen. Vijayakumari is known for her ability to convincingly transform herself into the characters she portrays. [ citation needed ] She is noted for her Tamil diction and dialog delivery. Her acting credits in films include Kumudam, Saradha, Kumgumam,Naanum Oru PennSanthi, Aanandhi, Avan Pithan, Alli, Thedi vantha thirumagal, Pachai Vilakku , Paar Magale Paar , Kaakkum Karangal, Policekãran Magal, Kodimalar , and Aalayamani . One of her best performances is as Kannagi in the movie Poompuhar. The film, written by M. Karunanidhi, features the longest dialogue spoken by a female actor till today. [2] [3]

Gopishantha, better known by her stage name Manorama, also called Aachi, was an Indian actress, comedian and playback singer who had appeared in more than 1000 films and 5000 stage performances predomninantely in the Tamil and also in Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Sinhala. She was honoured with Kalaimamani award in 1995. In 2002, Government of India awarded Manorama the Padma Shri for her contribution to the arts. She is a recipient of one National Film Award, one Filmfare Award South and seven Tamil Nadu State Film Awards.

A. Rajendran, credited as Motta Rajendran or Naan Kadavul Rajendran, is an Indian stunt double and actor working mainly in Tamil cinema. He debuted in 2003 with the Tamil film Pithamagan and has worked as a stunt double in over 500 South Indian films since then. He played the role of a villain in Naan Kadavul (2009) which won huge critical acclaim and fetched him the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Villain. Since then, he has continued to play villainous and later humorous supporting characters in a number of Tamil films. He is noted for his rough voice and alopecia universalis, which he claims was the result of coming into contact with industrial waste during a stunt sequence.
