Kenneth Winston Starr is an American lawyer who served as a United States circuit judge and 39th solicitor general of the United States. He is best known for heading an investigation of members of the Clinton administration, known as the Whitewater controversy, from 1994 to 1998. Starr served as a federal appellate judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit from 1983 to 1989 and as the U.S. solicitor general from 1989 to 1993 during the presidency of George H. W. Bush.

Spencer Joseph Drango is an American football guard who is currently a free agent. He played college football at Baylor. The Baylor University sexual assault scandal was the result of numerous allegations of and convictions for sexual and non-sexual assaults committed by Baylor University students, mostly players in the Baylor Bears football team. During a period from about 2012 to 2016, school officials suppressed reports of rapes and sexual misconduct. In 2016, Baylor's football team came under fire when it was revealed university officials had failed to take action regarding the alleged rapes and assaults. The scandal led to the ousting of head football coach Art Briles, the demotion and eventual resignation of Baylor president Ken Starr, the resignation of athletic director Ian McCaw, and the firing of two others connected with the football program. It also led to the resignation of Baylor's Title IX Coordinator, Patty Crawford. A plaintiff's attorney Jim Dunnam accused Baylor of implementing a ″concerted strategy to get the public to believe this is entirely and only a football-related problem."
The 1910 TCU Horned Frogs football team represented Texas Christian University (TCU) as a member of the Texas Intercollegiate Athletic Association (TIAA) during the 1910 college football season. Led by Kemp Lewis in his first and only year as head coach, TCU compiled an overall record of 2–6–1. TCU returned in 1910 to Fort Worth, Texas, where the university had been founded, after operating the previous 15 years in Waco, Texas. The 1910 football team played their home games at Haines Park and Butz Park in Fort Worth. The team's captain was William Massie, who played center.
