C60, formerly known as Cobalt 60, [1] was a hard rock band from Boston, Massachusetts.
Three of the band's songs were featured on the Dawson's Creek soundtrack, including "Crazy". "Gone, and "Zombie Lincoln". C60 toured through 2004 and played shows with Kiss, [2] Ted Nugent, Rage Against the Machine, Disturbed, Fuel, De La Soul, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, and others.[ citation needed ]
They formed in 1987 in Boston. Originally known as Cobalt 60, they were forced to change their name because there was already a German band with the same name. [1] They broke up in 1994 after releasing one EP, reuniting in the late 90s. [2]
Following the release of their debut album C60, they won 5 awards at the Boston Music Awards in 2001, including Outstanding New Rock Band, Outstanding Song and Outstanding Club Band. [3]
Their 2000 self-titled debut was produced by Hugo Burnham. [2] It was praised by AllMusic as "quality that can't be denied". [1]

Stone Temple Pilots is an American rock band formed in San Diego, California, in 1989. The Mighty Mighty Bosstones were an American ska punk band from Boston, Massachusetts, formed in 1983. From the band's inception, lead vocalist Dicky Barrett, bassist Joe Gittleman, tenor saxophonist Tim "Johnny Vegas" Burton and dancer ("Bosstone") Ben Carr remained constant members. The band's final line-up also included drummer Joe Sirois, saxophonist Leon Silva, guitarist Lawrence Katz, keyboardist John Goetchius, and trombonist Chris Rhodes.

Steven Victor Tallarico, known professionally as Steven Tyler, is an American singer and songwriter, best known as the lead singer of the Boston-based rock band Aerosmith, in which he also plays the keyboards, harmonica and percussion. He has been called the "Demon of Screamin'" due to his high screams and his powerful wide vocal range. He is also known for his on-stage acrobatics. During his performances, Tyler usually dresses in colorful, sometimes androgynous outfits and makeup with his trademark scarves hanging from his microphone stand.
