The CFU U-20 Tournament is the Caribbean championship of football for male players under the age of 20 and is organized by the Caribbean Football Union (CFU). It acts as a qualifying tournament for the CONCACAF U-20 Championship. [1]

It represents 25 FIFA member nations, as well as 6 territories that are not affiliated to FIFA. The Union was established in January 1978 and its Member Associations compete in the CONCACAF region.

CONCACAF International sport governing body

The Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football is the continental governing body for association football in North America, which includes Central America and the Caribbean region. Three geographically South American entities — the independent nations of Guyana and Suriname and the French overseas department of French Guiana — are also members. CONCACAF's primary functions are to organize competitions for national teams and clubs, and to conduct World Cup and Women's World Cup qualifying tournaments.

The top three teams in the tournament qualified for the 2013–14 CONCACAF Champions League.

The qualifying tournaments to the 2014 CONCACAF Under-20 Women's Championship, the North American continent's youth football championships started in July 2013. The qualification process was divided into the Central American and Caribbean zone. USA and Mexico, as well as hosts Cayman Islands, were automatically qualified to the final tournament.

The Caribbean Football Union Women's Caribbean Cup is an international tournament for the women's national teams of the Caribbean Region.

The 2016 CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying Championship qualification was a women's football competition which decided the participating teams of the 2016 CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying Championship.

2016 CFU Club Championship

The 2016 CFU Club Championship was the 18th edition of CFU Club Championship, the annual international club football competition in the Caribbean region, held amongst clubs whose football associations are affiliated with the Caribbean Football Union (CFU). The top three teams in the tournament qualified for the 2016–17 CONCACAF Champions League. Central were the defending champions, having won the 2015 CFU Club Championship, and successfully defended their title, defeating fellow Trinidadian side W Connection in the final for the second straight year.

The 2017 Caribbean Cup was the 19th and final edition of the Caribbean Cup, the biennial international men's football championship of the Caribbean region organized by the Caribbean Football Union (CFU).

The 2017 Caribbean Club Championship was the 19th edition of Caribbean Club Championship, the annual international club football competition in the Caribbean region, held amongst clubs whose football associations are affiliated with the Caribbean Football Union (CFU), a sub-confederation of CONCACAF.
