CableU was an online subscription-based service that monitors and analyzes cable network performance and programming trends. The website was founded in December 2006 by Gary Lico of CABLEready. When CABLEready closed in 2013, CableU closed also. [1]

It broadcast 406 episodes from its debut on TLC in 1996 as Medical Detectives until 2011. Reruns shown on HLN were initially retitled Mystery Detectives before settling on the main title of the show in 2014.

Dated between December 1966 and February 2010, the cables contain diplomatic analysis from world leaders, and the diplomats' assessment of host countries and their officials.
