Sven Justus Fredrik Wollter was a Swedish actor, writer, and political activist. Wollter is one of the most renowned Swedish actors, he was awarded Best Swedish actor twice. In his native country, he became widely known through his role as Madame Flod's son Gusten in Swedish Television's adaption of The People of Hemsö by August Strindberg in 1966. Later he had several notable roles, including in 1976 when he played Detective Sergeant Lennart Kollberg in Bo Widerberg's film The Man on the Roof. For international viewers, he is best known for his role Victor in the dramatic film The Sacrifice by Andrei Tarkovsky, and for a wider television audience as the retired Detective Chief Inspector Van Veeteren in the cinematic adaptations of Håkan Nesser's police novels.
Sweden has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 62 times since making its debut in 1958, missing only three contests since then. Regina Charlotta Theodora Lund, known professionally as Regina Lund, is a Swedish celebrity, award-winning Actress, Swedish Grammy nominated Artist, Singer-Songwriter, poet, writer, model, comedian and awarded painter. Regina Lund is a well-known household name in Sweden for film, television, radio, and theatre, as well as musicals and dramas on stage. Soon after acting school, she played Ophelia in Shakespeare’s Hamlet directed by the eldest son of Ingmar Bergman, Jan Bergman, which toured throughout Sweden. Regina Lund has been famous for constantly creating and working both in underground and mainstream productions.
Pekka Heino is a television host and presenter from Turku (Åbo). He is a Sweden Finn. Heino introduces television programmes as a continuity announcer on the Swedish channel SVT, where he has been working on and off since 1985. He has also hosted a number of Swedish television shows, including the popular SVT quiz show Röda tråden, and has commentated on the Eurovision Song Contest several years for Sweden. During the summer of 2010, Heino hosted the morning show Gomorron Sverige on SVT. It was announced in December 2010 that Heino would host the SVT programme Gokväll together with Inger Ljung.
Jan Rikard Wolff was a Swedish actor and singer. His career included both film roles in House of Angels and its two sequels and theatre roles such as in Waiting for Godot at Royal Dramatic Theatre, and A Chorus Line at The Göteborg Opera. He was made a Knight of the Legion of Honour for his work with French music. He had also been awarded a Grammis, and received the Swedish Academy's 2017 prize for theatre, as well as a royal medal for his service as an actor.
Film i Väst is a film company located in Trollhättan, Sweden, nicknamed "Trollywood"), founded in 1992 by the Älvsborg County Council. Lars von Trier used its facilities in his movies, such as Dogville and Manderlay. Film i Väst became known early on under the nickname Trollywood. Since its inception, Film i Väst has co-produced a total of more than 1,000 Swedish and international feature films, TV dramas, documentaries and short films.

Skärgårdsdoktorn is a Swedish television series produced by SVT Drama. The series ran from 1997 to 2000 and a total of 18 episodes were produced. In English, the title could be translated as The archipelago doctor, and it came to be one of the most popular Swedish TV series of the 1990s. With an average viewership of approximately 2.5 million it is considered one of the greatest successes of SVT Drama. Created by Lars Bill Lundholm and Gunilla Linn Persson, the first 8 episodes were directed by Martin Asphaug. The series was also broadcast in Norway, Finland and Denmark.

Eva Röse is a Swedish actress and television host. She is best known internationally for her role as the sinister android Niska in Season 1 of the Swedish science fiction TV series Real Humans. Since 2022, she is the President of the Republic of Jamtland.
Jan Arnald is a Swedish novelist and literary critic, whose pen name is Arne Dahl. He has become famous with crime fiction, and he is also a regular writer in Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter.
Bosse Lindquist is a Swedish radio and TV producer and writer. Since 2012, he directs investigative documentaries for Swedish Television's documentary department. From 2007 to 2009, Lindquist was head of the national radio broadcaster Swedish Radio's documentary department. Tova Dorothea Magnusson, also credited under her former married name as Tova Magnusson Norling, is a Swedish film and television actress; comedian; and film director. She is best known outside Sweden for her role in the Danish-Swedish series The Bridge (2013).
Anna Karin Severina Pohjanen is a Swedish former football midfielder who played in the Damallsvenskan for Sunnanå SK and Älvsjö AIK. She won 51 caps for the Sweden women's national football team, scoring eight goals, and appeared at the 1995 FIFA Women's World Cup and the 1996 Summer Olympics.
