Caleb Lomu is an American college football offensive tackle for the Utah Utes.
Lomu attended Highland High School in Gilbert, Arizona and is of Tongan descent [1] . Lomu earned invites to play in the All-American Bowl and the Polynesian Bowl. [2] He was rated as a four-star recruit and committed to play college football for the Utah Utes offers from Arizona, Michigan, and USC. [2]
As a freshman in 2023, Lomu only played 25 snaps for the Utes and took a redshirt. [3] He earned the starting left tackle spot in 2024. [4] That season, Lomu allowed just 17 pressures and two sacks, earning freshman all-American honors from The Athletic .
