Calvin Moore (born 30 June 1869, date of death unknown) was a Guyanese cricketer. He played in three first-class matches for British Guiana in 1894/95 and 1895/96. [1]
The Peoples Temple Agricultural Project, better known by its informal name "Jonestown", was a remote settlement in Guyana established by the Peoples Temple, an American cult under the leadership of Jim Jones. Jonestown became internationally infamous when, on November 18, 1978, a total of 918 people died at the settlement, at the nearby airstrip in Port Kaituma, and at a Temple-run building in Georgetown, Guyana's capital city.
