Camilla Mancini (born 10 June 1994) is an Italian fencer who won one gold medal and one bronze at the 2019 Summer Universiade. [1] [2]
She won the cadet girls' foil at the 2010 Youth Olympic Games. With the Italian team, she won a gold medal in team women's foil at the 2017 World Fencing Championships [3] and silver at the 2018 World Fencing Championships.
Vladimir Viktorovich Smirnov was a Soviet foil and épée fencer. He was the 1980 Olympic champion in men's foil, and the 1981 world champion in men's foil. He was killed accidentally in a bout during the 1982 World Fencing Championships in Rome, Italy.
Maria Valentina Vezzali is an Italian politician and retired Olympic and World Champion foil fencer. As a fencer, Vezzali won six Olympic gold medals and was a 16-time World Champion in foil.
