The canton of Gray is an administrative division of the Haute-Saône department, northeastern France. Its borders were modified at the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. Its seat is in Gray. [1]

Haute-Saône is a French department of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region named after the Saône River.

In the administrative divisions of France, the department is one of the three levels of government below the national level, between the administrative regions and the commune.
