Rosewood Washington, D.C. is a luxury boutique hotel located at 1050 31st Street NW in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C., in the United States. Originally an office building known as the Canal Building, it was constructed in 1963, and was the first major new building constructed in Georgetown in 50 years. The structure was purchased by two local real estate development companies in 2008 and converted to a hotel. The renovation won multiple awards. The hotel, branded as and managed by Capella Hotels and Resorts, opened in 2013 as the Cappella Hotel. The developers sold the property to Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, which rebranded the hotel as the Rosewood Washington, D.C., in 2016.
W Bangkok is a five-star luxury hotel in Bangkok, marketed under the brand W Hotels.
Iconsiam, stylized as ICONSIAM, and ICS is a mixed-use development on the banks of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, Thailand. It includes a large shopping mall, which opened to the public on 9 November 2018, as well as hotels and residences. The ฿54 billion project was jointly developed by Siam Piwat group, a Thai retail developer, MQDC Magnolia Quality Development, and Charoen Pokphand Group. The complex includes the tallest building in Thailand: the 70-floor Magnolia Waterfront Residences, and the country’s sixth tallest building: the 52-floor Mandarin Oriental Residences.
The Sukhothai Bangkok is a hotel in Bangkok, located in the city's Sathorn neighbourhood. The hotel opened in 1991, and is managed by Sukhothai Hotels and Resorts.
The Dusit Thani Bangkok, often referred to simply as the Dusit Thani Hotel, is a luxury hotel in the Thai capital's Bang Rak District. The original hotel was the country's tallest building when it opened in 1970 as the first property of Dusit International. Work on demolishing the building started in 2019 and ended in 2020. A new hotel with the same name is scheduled to open on the site on September 27, 2024 as part of the Dusit Central Park complex.

Pongtawat "Ian" Chalermkittichai, known in English as Ian Kittichai, is a chef, restaurateur, television personality and cookbook writer. He is credited with being instrumental in changing predominant perceptions of Thai cuisine and one of the earliest proponents of the modernisation of Thai cuisine. He and his restaurants have earned acclaim from the New York Times, Food & Wine, Travel + Leisure and other publications. One of his restaurants, Issaya Siamese Club, has been listed on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, a division of The World's 50 Best Restaurants, and ranked number 39 in 2018. Australian Traveller magazine listed Issaya Siamese Club as one of the world’s hottest restaurants in 2018.
One Bangkok is a US$3.9 billion mixed-use development under construction in Bangkok, Thailand. One Bangkok is being developed by Frasers Property, a subsidiary of TCC Group, one of Thailand's largest conglomerates. It was expected to open in stages between 2023 and 2026 but due to delays has commenced opening in March 2024 starting with the first office building and other elements expected to open during 2024 onwards.
