Its flagship hospital is the Priory Hospital, Roehampton, which is best known for treating celebrities particularly for drug addiction. The Priory Group also manages schools, some for students with autism spectrum disorders through Priory Education and Children’s Services. Some of its facilities are run by its subsidiary Partnerships in Care. In January 2019 it opened its first overseas school in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge.

In December 2021 Ramsay Health Care UK bought the company for £775 million.
Outcomes First Group is an English company based in Bolton which provides care for about 750 young people and adults with autism, complex and Social Emotional and Mental Health needs.
Anchor Hanover Group, trading as Anchor, is the largest provider of specialist housing and care for older people in England. It was formed in November 2018 when Anchor Trust and Hanover Housing Association merged. Its main office is in Bradford.
