Carnarvon Ironpolis Football Club was a football team from Caernarfon, Gwynedd. The club was formed in 1891 by Mr. Arthur Menzies as the factory team of De Wintens Iron Works. [1] [2] The team was Welsh Cup semi-finalists twice.

Ruabon Druids F.C. were a football club based in the village of Ruabon near Wrexham, Wales. The club was founded in October 1872 as 'Ruabon Rovers F.C.' by David Thomson and his brother, George, of Ruabon. In 1874 Ruabon Rovers F.C. became Plasmadoc F.C. before changing their name to Druids F.C. in 1876.

Carnarvon United Football Club was a football team from Caernarfon, Gwynedd. The club was formed in 1906 after a merger by Caernarvon Celts and Caernarvon RWF. In 1909 the club won both the Welsh and North Wales Amateur Cups. The club also played in the Welsh Cup. After World War I, the demobilised United players formed a new club, a precursor of the current club Caernarfon Town.
Llandudno Swifts were a football club from Llandudno who existed during the late Victorian era. The club were first mentioned in 1889. They competed in the Combination, North Wales Coast League, Welsh Cup, FA Cup and North Wales Coast Cup. The club was wound up in 1901 after a period of professionalism. Following the demise of Llandudno Swifts, a new team Llandudno Amateurs were formed.
The 1880 Welsh Cup Final, was the third in the competition. It was contested by Druids and Ruthin at the Racecourse Ground, Wrexham.
