Caroline van Nieuwenhuyze-Leenders (born 12 September 1967) [1] is a former Dutch field hockey player.
She was a member of the Dutch national team between 1987 and 1992. During this time, she played in 75 official international matches, scoring two goals. With the Dutch national team, van Nieuwenhuyze placed 6th in the 1992 Olympic Games and won gold in the 1990 Women's World Cup. Van Nieuwenhuyze also played for Tempo '34, HC Rotterdam, Amsterdamsche Hockey & Bandy Club and HGC. She has won a total of four national championships: two with Amsterdam and two with HGC.
After her career as a player, van Nieuwenhuyze worked for the Royal Dutch Hockey Association for seven years, where she was national coach of the Dutch girls A and the Juniors. With Jong Oranje she became world champion in Seoul in 1997.
Van Nieuwenhuyze has also coached with several clubs, including HC Rotterdam, Laren, HV Victoria, and HDM. In 2013 she served as head trainer at HC Voorne, where she supports and guides the trainers and coaches of the club through courses and clinics.
Carina Marguerite Benninga is a former Dutch field hockey player, who played 158 international matches for The Netherlands hockey team, in which she scored 25 goals. She was part of the gold medal winning team at the 1984 Summer Olympics and also won a bronze medal at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. Other highlights of her career include gold medals at the EuroHockey Nations Championship and Champions Trophy in 1987, as well as a gold at the 1983 Women's Hockey World Cup and the 1990 Women's Hockey World Cup. Next to her sports career, Carina Benninga studied law; in 1987 she got her Masters’degree.

De Melo's debut match was on 21 October 1997 against Germany, which ended in a 2–1 victory for The Netherlands. She plays on the position of striker. In the Dutch national competition she has played for Tempo '34, HGC and HC Rotterdam. De Melo was part of the Dutch squad that became World Champion at the 2006 Women's Hockey World Cup and which won the 2007 Champions Trophy. In December 2006, she became Rotterdam Sportswoman of the Year and became the new face of the Rabobank in their Dutch TV advertisements.
