National Science Digital Library (NSDL) of the United States is an open-access online digital library and collaborative network of disciplinary and grade-level focused education providers operated by the Institute for the Study of Knowledge Management in Education. NSDL's mission is to provide quality digital learning collections to the science,technology,engineering,and mathematics (STEM) education community,both formal and informal,institutional and individual. NSDL's collections are refined by a network of STEM educational and disciplinary professionals. Their work is based on user data,disciplinary knowledge,and participation in the evolution of digital resources as major elements of effective STEM learning.
The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) is a US nonprofit consortium of more than 100 colleges and universities providing research and training in the atmospheric and related sciences. UCAR manages the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) and provides additional services to strengthen and support research and education through its community programs. Its headquarters,in Boulder,Colorado,include NCAR's Mesa Laboratory,designed by I.M. Pei.
The US National Center for Atmospheric Research is a US federally funded research and development center (FFRDC) managed by the nonprofit University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) and funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF). NCAR has multiple facilities,including the I. M. Pei-designed Mesa Laboratory headquarters in Boulder,Colorado. Studies include meteorology,climate science,atmospheric chemistry,solar-terrestrial interactions,environmental and societal impacts.
Inclusion in education refers to all students being able to access and gain equal opportunities to education and learning. It arose in the context of special education with an individualized education program or 504 plan,and is built on the notion that it is more effective for students with special needs to have the said mixed experience for them to be more successful in social interactions leading to further success in life. The philosophy behind the implementation of the inclusion model does not prioritize,but still provides for the utilization of special classrooms and special schools for the education of students with disabilities. Inclusive education models are brought into force by educational administrators with the intention of moving away from seclusion models of special education to the fullest extent practical,the idea being that it is to the social benefit of general education students and special education students alike,with the more able students serving as peer models and those less able serving as motivation for general education students to learn empathy.

A former director of the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR),Wakimoto in November 2012 was appointed as assistant director of the Directorate for Geosciences (GEO) of the National Science Foundation (NSF).
Emily CoBabe-Ammann is an earth scientist who specializes in strategies for science and education initiatives. She is currently the director of strategic projects at the University of Colorado,at Boulder. In addition,she is a partner at the Climate Strategies Group. Previously,she served as the director of the UCAR Community Programs at the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) in Boulder,Colorado.

Timothy Laurence Killeen is a British and American geophysicist,space scientist,professor,and university administrator. Killeen took office as the president of the University of Illinois system in 2015. He has been the principal investigator on research projects for NASA and the National Science Foundation. Killeen has authored more than 150 publications in peer-reviewed journals as well as more than 300 other publications and papers. He has served on various White House committees and task forces and is a past editor-in-chief of the Journal of Atmospheric and Solar-Terrestrial Physics.
Lisa D. White is an American geologist and director of Education and Outreach at the University of California Museum of Paleontology. White is a former professor of geosciences and associate dean of the College of Science and Engineering at San Francisco State University. She was elected to the California Academy of Sciences in 2000 and as a Fellow of the Geological Society of America in 2009. White was awarded her PhD in 1989 from the University of California,Santa Cruz. In 2022 the National Center for Science Education (NCSE) presented White with the 2022 "Friend of Darwin" award.

She is a 2014 Presidential Award for Excellence in Science,Mathematics,and Engineering Mentoring (PAESMEM) awardee. She was taught and mentored in high school by Jaime Escalante,who was the subject of the movie Stand and Deliver.

Makenzie Lystrup is an American planetary scientist and Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science and of SPIE,best known as a prominent voice in civil space projects and science policy. Lystrup is the director of the Goddard Space Flight Center. She has previously served as the vice president and general manager for civil space at Ball Aerospace.
Nicole Marie Lloyd-Ronning is an American computational astrophysicist specializing in gamma-ray bursts and the deaths of massive stars as a researcher at the Los Alamos National Laboratory and lecturer at University of New Mexico–Los Alamos. She is also known for her work in science popularization,as the author of the book Great Mysteries in Astrophysics,as a scientist ambassador for the Bradbury Science Museum,and in youth outreach programs,especially for young people from indigenous groups in the American southwest.
J. Kelly Holley-Bockelmann is an American astrophysicist who holds the position of Stevenson Professor of Physics at Vanderbilt University. She is currently the chair of NASA's Laser Interferometer Space Antenna Study Team and the chair of NASA's Astrophysics Advisory Committee. Holley-Bockelmann is also known for her efforts to increase diversity in STEM education,particularly for her work as the director of the Fisk-Vanderbilt Bridge Program.
