Carolyn "Bunny" Welsh is the former sheriff of Chester County,Pennsylvania,serving from 2000 to 2020. She was the county's first female sheriff [1] as well as both the vice president and president of the Pennsylvania Sheriffs' Association. She was inducted into the International Police Hall of Fame and received numerous awards during her years of service. She served on the national advisory board of Women for Trump and was vice chairman of America's Sheriffs for Trump. In 2019,Welsh was charged with two misdemeanors for allowing her deputies to work on a fundraiser for the canine unit. She pled nolo contendre and paid restitution.
Welsh attended Wesley College and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. [1]

A pardon for Elizabeth was granted by the state and entrusted to William,but he was unable to deliver it in time to stop the execution. Following his sister's death,William withdrew from society,wandering westward across southeastern Pennsylvania and ultimately living his last 19 years in a cave near Hummelstown.

Elizabeth Wilson was an American whose execution by hanging for the purported murder of her children in southeastern Pennsylvania during the immediate post-Revolutionary War period made her a folklore figure in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth century. Although her responsibility for the children's deaths had not been definitively established,the hanging was carried out and a pardon,granted by the state and entrusted to her brother,William,was not delivered in time to stop the execution. There was tremendous popular interest in her story,which quickly evolved into a tale of moral failing and divine redemption.
