Kent Nielsen is a Danish professional football manager and former player, who is currently the head coach of Silkeborg IF. He was named coach of the year by the Danish Football Association in 2014 after winning both the Danish Superliga and the Danish Cup with AaB. He started his coaching career as caretaker manager of AGF, before getting his breakthrough with AC Horsens, guiding the club to promotion to the top-flight Superliga championship in 2005. He has also coached Superliga clubs Brøndby IF and OB.

Lars Lunde is a Danish former professional football player, who played in the striker position. Lunde got his breakthrough with Brøndby IF in 1983, and he made his debut for the Denmark national football team in October 1983. He was sold to Young Boys Bern in Switzerland, before moving to German club Bayern Munich in 1986. He was a part of the Bayern team which won the German Bundesliga championship in 1987, and he came on as a late substitute when Bayern lost the 1987 European Cup Final to FC Porto. He played the last of his three matches for the Danish national team in April 1987, before leaving Bayern during the 1987–88 season. He went on to play for a number of smaller clubs, ending his career with FC Baden in Switzerland.

The 1992 European Super Cup was the 17th edition of the European Super Cup, an annual football match organized by UEFA and contested by the winners of the previous season's European Cup and Cup Winners' Cup competitions. Sofie Carsten Nielsen is a Danish politician, who was formerly the leader of the Danish Social Liberal Party from October 2020 to November 2022. In the 2000s, Nielsen began her political career with the European Parliament as a consultant before working for the Ministry of Gender Equality as a deputy minister. After being elected to the Folketing at the 2011 Danish general election for the Greater Copenhagen constituency, Nielsen became the Minister for Higher Education and Science in 2014. Nielsen remained in her minister position until she was replaced by Esben Lunde Larsen in 2015.
