Central Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Port Arthur, Texas, United States. Opened in 1982, it features Dillard's, J. C. Penney, Target, TJ Maxx, American Freight, Crunch Fitness (coming soon in winter 2025), and a B&B Theatre.
The mall opened in 1982 with J. C. Penney, Dillard's, Sears, Bealls (now Stage), and The White House. Target was added in 2004. [2] Hurricane Rita destroyed the roof of the Dillard's store, which reopened in 2006. [3] [4] Hobby Lobby, which replaced the former White House store, was damaged beyond repair. Hobby Lobby is also now closed. [5] Other parts of the mall sustained roof damage as well. [6]
Bed Bath & Beyond joined the mall in late 2006-early 2007. [7] Steve & Barry's, added in 2005, closed in 2008. [8] The space was previously Old Navy, which closed in 2004. [9]
In 2013, TJ Maxx and Shoe Dept. Encore were added. [10] The former replaced a Luby's and a Gap which had closed in 2005, [11] and the latter replaced the former Old Navy/Steve & Barry's.
On December 28, 2018, it was announced that Sears would be closing as part of a plan to close 80 stores nationwide. The store closed in March 2019. [12]
On September 15, 2022, it was announced that Bed Bath & Beyond would be closing as part of a plan to close 150 stores nationwide. [13]
In February 2024, 4th Dimension Properties acquired the Central Mall and announced that they are making additions and improvements to the mall. [14]
In September 2024, Crunch Fitness was announced that it’s coming soon into the old Stage and is supposed to open in winter 2025 [15]
Tanger Outlets Palm Beach is a 440,000 sq ft (41,000 m2) outlet shopping center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Opened on February 14, 2014, it was developed on the site of the former Palm Beach Mall. Palm Beach Outlets features over 130 stores and restaurants including Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, J.Crew, Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Armour, and Vera Bradley. The center’s ownership entered into a venture with Tanger Outlets as of July 29, 2022 which provided for Tanger to replace New England Development to become the property’s manager and co-owner
Holiday Village Mall is a two leveled shopping mall located in Great Falls, Montana, United States. The shopping center opened in November 1959 with Albertsons as an anchor store. The mall was expanded into an enclosed shopping mall between 1962 and 1967. Today, the mall is anchored by Big Lots, Harbor Freight Tools, Hobby Lobby, JCPenney, PetSmart, Ross Dress for Less, and Scheels.

McFarland Mall was a regional 497,000-square-foot (46,200 m2) L-shaped shopping mall on Skyland Boulevard in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Located near the interchange of Interstate 20/59 with McFarland Boulevard, it was in the southern section of the city. Opening on February 19, 1969, the mall replaced Woods Square Shopping Center and Leland Shopping Center as the main commercial retail center in the Tuscaloosa area. Brandon Crawford and Associates of Birmingham was the architect for the mall. General contractor for the project was N.C. Morgan Construction Company of Tuscaloosa. McGiffert and Associates of Tuscaloosa provided the engineering services for the mall.

Panama City Mall was a single story enclosed shopping mall in Panama City, Florida. Opened in 1976, it featured J. C. Penney, Gayfers, and Sears as its anchor stores. It is owned and managed by Hendon Properties of Atlanta as of September 2013, purchased from CBL & Associates Properties. The mall closed due to Hurricane Michael and received major damages. It will not be reopening. However, a possible redevelopment of the site was proposed in July 2020 for a potential redevelopment for an open-air retail center with a hotel, residential apartments, and office space, much like Pier Park to the west in Panama City Beach
