Giacinto Facchetti Sports Centre (in Italian: Centro Sportivo Giacinto Facchetti), currently known as KONAMI Youth Development Centre in memory of Giacinto Facchetti for sponsorship reasons, is a football training facility, located in Milan. The facility is commonly known as Interello. [1]

The centre is used for the matches and training for that of the Inter Milan youth sector and that of the women's team.

Naming rights

In 2016, the centre was renamed Suning Youth Development Centre in memory of Giacinto Facchetti (in Italian: Centro di Formazione Suning in memoria di Giacinto Facchetti) for sponsorship reason. [2]

In 2022, the centre changed name, with KONAMI acquiring the naming rights; it has since become known as the KONAMI Youth Development Centre in memory of Giacinto Facchetti. [3]

He played 634 official games for the club, scoring 75 goals, and was a member of "Grande Inter" team under manager Helenio Herrera which won four Serie A titles, a Coppa Italia, two European Cups, and two Intercontinental Cups. He placed second for the Ballon d'Or in 1965.
