Ceramica Flaminia ( UCI team code:FLM) was a professional continental cycling team based in Italy that participated in UCI Continental Circuits races and when selected as a wildcard to UCI ProTour events. The team was managed by Massimo Podenzana, with assistance from directeur sportif Simone Borgheresi.

Contents

It was sponsored by Ceramica Flaminia, an Italian tile manufacturer. The company returned to cycling sponsorship in 2013 with a new development team, Ceramica Flaminia–Fondriest. [1]

UAE Team Emirates Cycling team

UAE Team Emirates is an Emirati road bicycle racing team. The team competes at UCI WorldTeam level and has done so since the UCI World Tour was formed as the top category of road cycling in 2005. However the team was temporarily suspended from the ProTour in 2010, missing one ProTour event.

The 41st Tirreno–Adriatico road cycling race took place from March 8 to March 14, 2006, over seven stages. It was won by Dutchman Thomas Dekker of the Rabobank team. The points classification was won by Alessandro Petacchi and the King of the Mountains jersey went to José Joaquín Rojas.

2006 UCI Road World Championships – Mens road race Cycling race

The 2006 edition of the men's UCI Road World Championships Road Race took place on September 24, 2006, in the Austrian city of Salzburg. Reigning Olympic champion and Italian Paolo Bettini captured the gold medal and the rainbow jersey as the 2006 World Cycling Champion. The 36-year-old German sprinter Erik Zabel took the silver medal and UCI ProTour winner Alejandro Valverde of Spain captured third place for the bronze medal. A total of 136 cyclists actually finished the race, with Slovakia's Roman Bronis in last place.

LPR Brakes was a UCI Professional Continental cycling team, registered in Ireland. The team participated in UCI Continental Circuits races and, when selected as a wildcard, UCI ProTour events. The 2007 squad merged with Team 3C Casalinghi Jet Androni Giocattoli. The team was managed by Davide Boifava in the 2007 season but Fabio Bordonali acquired the management in late 2007. Giovanni Fidanza, Mario Manzoni, and Marco Giuseppe Tabai were directeur sportifs. The team folded after the 2009 season.

CCC Development Team Polish cycling team

CCC Development Team is a UCI Continental cycling team based in Poland. Formerly CCC-Mat, the team became known as CCC-Polsat in 2002. In 2004 and 2005, the team was known as Hoop CCC-Polsat, reverting to CCC-Polsat in 2006. From 2007 to 2011, the team was known as CCC-Polsat-Polkowice (abbreviated to CCC-Polsat), and team kit colours are orange and black.

Riccardo Riccò Italian cyclist

Riccardo Riccò is an Italian professional road bicycle racer, who is suspended from all competition until 2024. He was previously ejected from the 2008 Tour de France for doping violations and suspended. Riccò returned to competition in late 2010, but in February 2011 he was fired by his team, Vacansoleil–DCM, after he became seriously ill allegedly through a self-administered autologous blood transfusion. He then signed to UCI Continental team Meridiana–Kamen.

Andrus Aug is a retired Estonian professional road bicycle racer. He last rode for UCI Professional Continental team Ceramica Flaminia.

Tomasz Marczyński is a Polish former champion road racing cyclist, who last rode for UCI WorldTeam Lotto–Soudal. Marczyński previously competed for Ceramica Flaminia–Bossini Docce between 2006 and 2008, Miche–Silver Cross–Selle Italia in 2009, CCC–Polsat–Polkowice in 2010, 2011 and 2014, Vacansoleil–DCM in 2012 and 2013, and Torku Şekerspor in 2015.

The 2009 Danmark Rundt was a men's road bicycle race held from 29 July to 2 August 2009. It was the 19th edition of the men's stage race, which was established in 1985. The race was won by Danish rider Jakob Fuglsang of Team Saxo Bank, making this his second consecutive victory in the race. Maurizio Biondo of Ceramica Flaminia finished second by just three seconds with Roger Hammond of Cervélo third.

Pasta Zara – Cogeas is a former professional cycling team based in Lithuania, which was competing in elite road bicycle racing events such as the UCI Women's Road World Cup.

Nankang–Dynatek

Nankang–Dynatek was a UCI Continental cycling team founded in 2013 that disbanded after the 2015 season. It was originally sponsored by Ceramica Flaminia, an Italian tile manufacturer which previously sponsored the Ceramica Flaminia team between 2005 and 2010, and was based in Lucca, Tuscany, Italy. Ceramica Flaminia-Fondriest was established as a development squad for Tinkoff. It was later sponsored by Nankang, a tire company, and was based in Serbia.

Enrico Rossi is an Italian former professional road racing cyclist, who retired in 2014.

Andrea Pasqualon Italian road cyclist

Andrea Pasqualon (born 2 January 1988 is an Italian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Intermarché–Wanty–Gobert Matériaux. In June 2017, he was named in the startlist for the Tour de France.

Maurizio Biondo is an Italian former professional cyclist.
