Chamberlain Waits is the second studio album by American punk rock band The Menzingers. The album was voted the best release of 2010, by Australian radio show Bullying The Jukebox.

Release

On January 5, 2010, Chamberlain Waits was announced for release in three months' time. [3] Following this, the band supported Anti-Flag on their headlining US tour. [4] On March 2, 2010, the album's artwork and track listing were posted online. On March 16, 2010, "I Was Born" was released as a single with "Mea Culpa Cabana" and "My Friend Chris" as its B-sides. [5] Later in the month, the band performed at Harvest of Hope Fest. [6] Chamberlain Waits was made available for streaming on Myspace on April 6, 2010, before being released through Red Scare Industries on April 13, 2010. [7] Following performances at Rad Fest and Windy City Sound Clash festivals, the band went on a Midwest and West Coast tour with Cheap Girls. [8] [9] [10] They went on an Southern and East Coast tour with Soul Control, leading up to an appearance at Insubordination Fest. [11] [12] In May and June 2011, the band supported Title Fight on their first headlining US tour. [13]

A Lesson in the Abuse of Information Technology is the debut studio album by American punk rock band The Menzingers. The album was recorded in "like two weeks, maybe just 10 days," according to Barnett. It was released on July 17, 2007 through Go-Kart Records, who they signed to after being featured in a profile piece on Punknews.org. In October and November 2007, the embarked on a tour of the US, which included an appearance at The Fest. They played a shows shows with Young Hearts in February 2008. In June 2008, the band went on a US tour with the Leftovers. They then appeared at The Fest in Florida in October 2008. They played a handful of shows with Captain, We're Sinking in January 2009, and some with Jena Berlin in March 2009.
