Lata Mangeshkar is an Indian playback singer and music director. She is one of the best-known and most respected playback singers in India. She has recorded songs in over a thousand Hindi films and has sung songs in over thirty-six Indian languages and foreign languages, though primarily in Marathi, Hindi, Bengali and Sinhala.
Asha Bhosle is an Indian playback singer and entrepreneur. She is best known for her playback singing in Hindi cinema, although she has a wider repertoire. Bhosle's career started in 1943 and has spanned over seven decades. She has done playback singing for over a thousand movies. In addition, she has recorded several private albums and participated in numerous solo concerts in India and abroad. In 2006, Asha Bhosle stated that she had sung over 12,000 songs, a figure repeated by several other sources. In 2011, she was officially acknowledged by the Guinness Book of World Records as the most recorded artist in music history. The Government of India honoured her with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 2000 and the Padma Vibhushan in 2008. Bhosle is the sister of playback singer Lata Mangeshkar and belongs to the prominent Mangeshkar family.

Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, also known by the initialism QSQT, is a 1988 Indian Hindi-language musical romance film, directed by Mansoor Khan, written and produced by his father Nasir Hussain, and starring his cousin Aamir Khan along with Juhi Chawla. QSQT, which "reinvented the romantic musical genre" in Bollywood, was a milestone in the history of Hindi cinema, setting the template for Bollywood musical romance films that defined Hindi cinema in the 1990s.

Amit Kumar Ganguly is an Indian playback singer, actor, music composer. Kumar launched his own music production company, named Kumar Brothers Music. He predominantly worked in Bollywood and regional film songs since the 1970s, including 370 Hindi compositions by R.D. Burman. After Burman's death in 1994, citing a lack of quality music composition, Kumar withdrew from playback singing and concentrated on live orchestra shows. In addition to singing in Hindi, has also performed in Bengali, Bhojpuri, Odia, Assamese, Marathi and Konkani. He is the eldest son of Kishore Kumar.

Poornima Shrestha, also known as Sushma Shrestha, is an Indian playback singer. Starting as a child singer, she later reinvented into a leading playback singer in Bollywood during the 1990s. She started her career as a child singer in Ramesh Sippy's Andaz (1971) under legendary music director duo Shankar Jaikishan for the hit song "Hai Na Bolo Bolo" alongside Mohammed Rafi and Suman Kalyanpur. Throughout her childhood, she then worked with music composers of the golden era including Naushad, Madan Mohan, C. Ramchandra, Salil Choudhury, Anil Biswas, S.D. Burman, Kalyanji-Anandji and Laxmikant–Pyarelal. Poornima formed a successful collaboration with R.D. Burman with such popular numbers, "Tera Mujhse Hai Pehle" from Aa Gale Lag Jaa (1973) and "Kya Hua Tera Vada" from Hum Kisise Kum Naheen (1977); both earned her nominations for the Filmfare Best Female Playback Award becoming the youngest nominee in the category at the age of 11.
Sangeet (Music) is a 1992 Hindi film directed by K. Vishwanath starring Jackie Shroff and Madhuri Dixit in lead roles. Madhuri Dixit had a double role as mother and daughter; she later played similar dual mother and daughter role in AasooBaneAngarey, released a year later. Dixit's sensitive portrayal in Sangeet was appreciated; despite the film underperforming at the box office and is considered to be one of her best but underrated performances.
Coolie No. 1 is a 2020 Indian Hindi-language comedy film directed by David Dhawan and produced by Vashu Bhagnani. A remake of the 1995 film of the same name, the film stars Varun Dhawan, Sara Ali Khan and Paresh Rawal. Principal photography began on 8 August 2019 in Bangkok. The film was set to be theatrically released in India on 1 May 2020, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Later, it was released on 25 December, during Christmas on Amazon Prime Video.

The supporting cast includes Varun Sharma and Annu Kapoor. Principal photography began on 25 January 2019, and it was theatrically released in India on 2 August 2019. It was considered as a box office disaster due to its poor commercial performance.
