Yoon Hong-seung (born 1975), who also goes by the pseudonym Chang, is a South Korean film director and screenwriter. A former music video director, Chang debuted with the Korean horror film Death Bell in 2008. His second feature The Target (2014) - a remake of the 2010 French film Point Blank , won the Golden Goblet Award at the Shanghai International Film Festival, and was also invited to the Cannes Film Festival and Busan International Film Festival in 2014. The Target is a 2014 South Korean action thriller film starring Ryu Seung-ryong, Lee Jin-wook, Yoo Jun-sang and Kim Sung-ryung, and directed by Yoon Hong-seung. It is a remake of the 2010 French film Point Blank.
Tazza: The Hidden Card is a 2014 South Korean gambling film directed by Kang Hyeong-cheol based on Huh Young-man and Kim Se-yeong's manhwa of the same name. It is followed by Tazza: One Eyed Jack, released in 2019.
Inside Men is a 2015 South Korean political action thriller film written and directed by Woo Min-ho based on Yoon Tae-ho's webtoon The Insiders that dissects the corruption within Korean society. Starring Lee Byung-hun, Cho Seung-woo and Baek Yoon-sik, it began filming in July 2014 and was released in theaters on November 19, 2015. Inside Men and the director's cut Inside Men: The Original have sold a total of 9.1 million admissions at the box office, thus becoming the top grossing R-rated movie of all-time at the Korean Box office.

It also catapulted actress Jeon Do-yeon to stardom in her film debut. His second feature Tell Me Something (1999) - billed as a "hard-core thriller", was one of 1999's biggest hits.
