Charles Martin Weber III (October 23,1893 - April 15,1987) served in California's 11th State Assembly district [1] from March 25,1935 - January 8,1951. During World War I he served in the United States Army. [2]
Charles Martin Weber III was born on October 23,1893 in San Jose,California to Charles Martin Weber II (1851-1912) and Grace May Sinnott (1860-1897). He had an older sister,Helen Weber Kennedy (1889-1983) and he was the grandson of the founder of the city of Stockton,California,Captain Charles Maria Weber (1814-1881). His mother died of cholera when he was 3 years old.

Amos Alonzo Stagg was an American athlete and college coach in multiple sports,primarily American football. He served as the head football coach at the International YMCA Training School (1890–1891),the University of Chicago (1892–1932),and the College of the Pacific (1933–1946),compiling a career college football record of 314–199–35 (.605). His undefeated Chicago Maroons teams of 1905 and 1913 were recognized as national champions. He was also the head basketball coach for one season at Chicago (1920–1921),and the Maroons' head baseball coach for twenty seasons.
The ʻIolani Palace was the royal residence of the rulers of the Kingdom of Hawaiʻi beginning with Kamehameha III under the Kamehameha Dynasty (1845) and ending with Queen Liliʻuokalani (1893) under the Kalākaua Dynasty,founded by her brother,King David Kalākaua.
