Chaudhary Sher Ali is a Pakistani politician who was a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from 1985 to 1999,representing Faisalabad. Previously,he served as the 2nd and 3rd Mayor of Faisalabad.
He served as Mayor of Faisalabad,twice from 1983 to till 1990 until his election to National Assembly of Pakistan. He nominate his son from his vacant Nazim seat Amir Sher Ali who also served as Mayor of City. [1]
He is married guy with two sons and three daughters,his son Abid Sher Ali served as MP and Minister,Amir Sher Ali his second son served as Mayor of Faisalabad and success him in 1990s.
His spouse name is Zahra.
He became the 2nd Mayor of Faisalabad in the 1983 Faisalabad Local Government Elections,and the second time he won the local government elections was in 1987. [2] [3]
He was elected to the National Assembly of Pakistan in the 1990 general elections.
He was re-elected to the National Assembly of Pakistan in the 1993 general elections.
He was re-elected to the National Assembly of Pakistan in the 1997 general elections.
