Chhatrapati Shivaji is a 1952 Indian historical drama film directed and produced by Bhalji Pendharkar. [1] The film chronicles key events in the life of Shivaji Maharaj, the founder of the Maratha Empire, from his birth to his coronation as "Chhatrapati" in 1674.
