Children of Peace International (COPI) is a humanitarian non-profit organization aiming to serve the charity projects in Vietnam and help developing the capability of the people to help themselves. [1] [2] Children were the beginning and still are the primary focus for aid efforts of COPI.
The organization was founded in 1993 by Binh Rybacki, a Vietnamese native, who fled from Saigon with her family in 1975 and settled in the United States. Coming back to Vietnam as translator for a group of doctors in 1993, Binh Rybacki was deeply moved by seeing children working there as street peddlers and prostitutes. So she decided to find the ways for helping to improve the lives of these kids and created Children of Peace International.
In 2002 Binh Rybacki and COPI were awarded World Service Medal by Kiwanis International.

He was the first chief of staff of the Vietnam People's Army, and was responsible for key military forces in North Vietnam. He was also Chief of Staff in the Battle of Điện Biên Phủ.
Nguyễn Bình, born Nguyễn Phương Thảo, was a Lieutenant-general in the Viet Minh. He was imprisoned by the French on the island of Poulo Condor in the early 1920s. He was sent by Ho Chi Minh in 1945 to establish a resistance to French rule in Cochinchina where he established his base of operations in the Plain of Reeds near Saigon. A former member of the Việt Nam Quốc Dân Đảng, he joined the Indochinese Communist Party in 1946.
The British Vietnamese International School Hanoi is a bilingual international school in Hanoi, Vietnam, offering a British-style education in both English and Vietnamese languages for ages 3 to 18. BVIS Hanoi is located in the Vincom Royal City, Thanh Xuan District and was opened in August 2013. Tôn Nữ Thị Ninh is a Vietnamese diplomat, politician and educator. She served as the Vietnamese Ambassador to the European Union and other European nations such as Belgium and Luxembourg. A member of the National Assembly from 2002 to 2007, she also served as the Deputy Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee.
