With a background in economic affairs, Ri was a delegate to the 12th, 13th and 14th convocations of the Supreme People's Assembly, chairman of the North Korean-Syrian Friendship Association and chairman of the North Korean Football Association.
Wang Wenbin is a Chinese politician and diplomat that currently serves as a spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, deputy director of the Foreign Ministry Information Department, and member of the Chinese Communist Party. He is the 32nd spokesperson since the position was established in the ministry back in 1983. He served as the Chinese Ambassador to Tunisia from 2018 to 2020, and has worked in Chinese embassies in Mauritius and Senegal.
Abdisaid Muse Ali is a Somali politician and was the National Security Advisor to the President of Somalia from 2017 to 2021, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Somalia to from 2021 to 2022. Ali was forced to leave office after he was suspended by then Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble over an alleged crime which was later dismissed, and has not run for political office since. As Foreign Affairs Minister, Ali increased cooperation between Somalia and China and fought against growing Somaliland–Taiwan relations.
Luo Zhaohui is a Chinese diplomat who serves as the director of the China International Development Cooperation Agency since 18 April 2021. He previously served as Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan (2007-2010), Canada (2014-2016) and India (2016-2019).
