The Chittoor Urban Development Authority (abbreviated: CHUDA) is an urban planning agency in Chittoor district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It was constituted on 12 February 2019, under Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016 with the headquarters located at Chittoor. [1] [2]
The jurisdictional area of CHUDA is spread over an area of 3,501.14 km2 (1,351.80 sq mi) and has a population of 1,205,683. It covers 434 villages in 22 mandals of Chittoor. [1] [3] The below table lists the urban areas of CHUDA.

Chittoor is a city and district headquarters in Chittoor district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is also the mandal and divisional headquarters of Chittoor mandal and Chittoor revenue division, respectively. The city has a population of 153,756 and that of the agglomeration is 175,647.
