Chmielów [ˈxmjɛluf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Działoszyce, within Pińczów County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. It lies approximately 1 kilometre (1 mi) west of Działoszyce, 24 km (15 mi) south-west of Pińczów, and 61 km (38 mi) south of the regional capital Kielce.^[1]

It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat and largest town is Pińczów, which lies 40 kilometres (25 mi) south of the regional capital Kielce. The only other town in the county is Działoszyce, lying 23 km (14 mi) south-west of Pińczów.
