Fuller graduated from the Canterbury School of Florida in 2001 and attended the University of Central Florida from 2001 to 2004.
Fuller holds a black belt in taekwondo under Master Yong Jun Lee and trained in St. Petersburg, Florida under tang soo do master Michael Kinney and mixed martial artist Shane Dunn.
In 2006, he released Loren Cass , which he wrote, directed, produced and starred in under the name Lewis Brogan. [3] The film is set against the backdrop of the St. Petersburg, Florida riots of 1996. [4] Fuller wrote the film at the age of 15 [5] and filmed it in 2004 at the age of 21. [6] The movie was released theatrically and on DVD in 2009 by Kino International. [7] The film played in competition at Dennis Hopper's CineVegas Film Festival, [8] the Filmmakers of the Present section of the Locarno International Film Festival [9] and the Museum of Modern Art. [10]
Fuller founded independent film company Jonesing Pictures in 2002, web development company Electric Fly in 2007.
Fuller was nominated for an IFP Gotham Award, [11] a Locarno Golden Leopard for Filmmakers of the Present, the Emerging Filmmaker Award at the Starz Denver Film Festival [12] and won the One+One Award for use of music in a feature film at Janine Bazin's Entrevues Belfort film festival in France. [13]
Fuller was profiled as one of 100 new directors representing the future of film in Take 100: The Future of Film, 100 New Directors, a book published by Phaidon Press and curated by film festival programmers from around the world. [14]

International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) is an annual film festival held at the end of January in various locations in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Albert Serra Juanola is a Spanish independent filmmaker and manager of the production company Andergraun Films, set up by Montse Triola primarily to produce Serra's films. Thomas Imbach is an independent filmmaker based in Zürich, Switzerland. With his production company Bachim Films, Imbach produced his own work until 2007. He then founded Okofilm Productions together with director/producer Andrea Staka. All of his films have been released theatrically and Imbach has won numerous awards for his work, both in Switzerland and abroad. With Well Done (1994) and Ghetto (1997) Imbach established his trademark audio-visual style, which is based on a combination of cinema- verité camera-work and fast-paced editing. His fiction features Happiness is a Warm Gun, as well as Lenz (2006), I Was a Swiss Banker (2007) and the fictive autobiography Day is Done (2011) all premiered at the Berlinale. Janine Bazin was a French film and television producer of the French New Wave movement. Alongside André S. Labarthe, she was the co-producer of an hour-long series of programmes called Cineastes de Notre Temps, which was broadcast from 1964 to 1974. From 1980, Bazin was co-producer of the series Cinema De Notre Temps and established the Entrevues Belfort Film Festival. The Janine Bazin Award for Best Performance was named after her.
