Henri "Rik" Van Looy is a Belgian former professional cyclist of the post-war period, nicknamed the King of the Classics or Emperor of Herentals. Fedor Iwan den Hertog was a Dutch racing cyclist. His sporting career began with De Ijsselstreek Wezep. He won the Olympic 100 km team time trial in 1968 with Joop Zoetemelk, René Pijnen and Jan Krekels. He also won the national road championship in 1977.
Geert Verheyen is a former Belgian professional road racing cyclist who competed as a professional between 1994 and 2011. He was born in Diest, and is the cousin of cyclist David Verheyen.
Walter Godefroot is a retired Belgian professional road bicycle racer and former directeur sportif of Team Telekom, later known as T-Mobile Team, professional team. He won a bronze medal in the individual road race at the 1964 Summer Olympics.

Beheyt won 22 races and is most famous for winning the 1963 World Cycling Championships Road Race and stage win of the 1964 Tour de France. He also competed in the individual road race and team time trial events at the 1960 Summer Olympics.

Christiane Soeder is a German-born Austrian road racing cyclist and former duathlete who now lives in Vienna. She won the Austrian National Road Race Championships in 2004, 2006 and 2009. She finished fourth in the 2008 Olympic road race with a time of 3h 32′ 28. She rides professionally for Garmin–Cervélo.

Wim Schepers was a Dutch professional road cyclist. A professional from 1966 to 1975, he won two stages of the 1970 Critérium du Dauphiné Libéré and finished second in the 1972 Liège–Bastogne–Liège to Eddy Merckx.
Palmans was a Belgian professional road and cyclo-cross cycling team that existed from 1993 until 2010. The team underwent many different name changes throughout its existence, but was always sponsored by Palmans, an international road transport company.
