Chun Yang-hsi is a Taiwanese taekwondo practitioner. She won a bronze medal in heavyweight at the 1989 World Taekwondo Championships in Seoul, after being defeated by Jung Wan-sook in the semi-final. She also competed at the 1991 World Taekwondo Championships in Athens, where she reached the quarter-final. [1]
Chun Lee-kyung is a retired South Korean short track speed skater. She is a four-time Olympic Champion and three-time Overall World Champion for 1995–1997. She was a dominant force in International Short Track Speed Skating during the mid-1990s.

Wu Jingyu is a female Chinese Taekwondo practitioner who won gold medals at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics in the –49 kg class. She also won several medals at world championships and Asian Games.
Jade Louise Jones is a Welsh taekwondo athlete. She is the 2012 and 2016 Olympic gold medallist in the women's 57 kg category, and the 2019 World champion, 2016, 2018 and 2021 European champion and both 2015 European Games and 2023 European Games champion at the same weight, the only double gold medalist at her weight in the history of those Games. In 2012, she won Britain's first taekwondo Olympic gold medal. Jones was at the time the reigning Youth Olympic champion in the girls' 55 kg category, winning gold for Great Britain in 2010.
Yang Shu-chun or Judy Yang is a female Taiwanese taekwondo athlete. She won the women's flyweight gold medal at the 2008 Asian Taekwondo Championships. In July 2011, Yang withdrew the appeal over her disqualification. In the 2012 London Olympics, Yang lost to Chanatip Sonkham of Thailand in the quarterfinals.
Bianca Cook, also known as Bianca Walkden, is an English taekwondo athlete and Olympian. She is three-times a World champion, twice World Grand Prix champion, four-times a European champion and a double Olympic medallist.

Gladys Alicia Mora Romero is a Colombian taekwondo practitioner. She is a two-time Olympian, and a four-time medalist at the Pan American Taekwondo Championships. She also won a bronze medal for the 51 kg class at the 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games in Cartagena, Colombia.
Manuela Bezzola is a Swiss taekwondo practitioner. She defeated Chinese Taipei's Yang Shu-Chun for the gold medal in the women's 51 kg division at the 2009 Summer Universiade in Belgrade, Serbia. She also captured a bronze medal in the bantamweight division at the 2010 European Taekwondo Championships in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Yun Mu Kwan was one of the original five "kwans" that arose in Korea following World War II. It was the name of the place where a generic form of Japanese karate (Shotokan) was being taught by a number of Korean students who had studied in Japan and returned to Korea in the first half of the twentieth century, bringing the Japanese art with them. Yun Mu Kwan, as a style, would eventually be renamed Jidokwan by various former students pansas negras and would become one of the core styles that contributed to the development of what is today known as Taekwondo.

In 2018 and 2023, she earned bronze medals at the Summer Asian Games. In 2019, she secured a gold medal at the World Military Games. In 2022, she won a gold medal at the World Taekwondo Championship, and in 2023, she claimed a silver medal.
