Coe Township is a civil township of Isabella County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 2,993 at the 2000 census.

The Michigan Air Line Railroad was a railroad across southern Michigan, connecting the Canada Southern Railway to Chicago, Illinois. Only part of the line was built before the company that first built it folded, and it was split between the Michigan Central Railroad and the Grand Trunk Railway, which completed the line.

The headquarters and station were in Walled Lake, Michigan. The name was owned by Railmark Holdings, Inc. The railroad ran its last Michigan Star Clipper Dinner Train on December 31, 2008.

The Toledo Division was the southern half of the Pere Marquette Railway's main line, which ran from Ludington, Michigan to Toledo, Ohio. The Toledo Division encompassed the portion which ran from Toledo north to Saginaw, Michigan, where it met the Ludington Division. The line was built by a predecessor of the PM, the Flint & Pere Marquette, and is currently owned by CSX Transportation.
The Grand Rapids Eastern Railroad is a railroad in western Michigan, United States. The line runs east–west through Grand Rapids, Michigan to Lowell. Its 27 miles (43 km) of trackage ends at the Saint Mary's Siding, where it meets the Coopersville and Marne Railway. It interchanges with CSX Transportation, Coopersville and Marne Railway, and the Grand Elk Railroad at Grand Rapids, Michigan. It was established in 1993 and purchased by RailAmerica in 2000. The railroad was later acquired by Genesee & Wyoming Inc. as part of its acquisition of RailAmerica in late 2012. As of 2023, GR can hold up to 286,000 pounds of supplies.

The Lapeer Industrial Railroad is a short switching operation in Lapeer, Michigan, USA, which owns and operates 1.34 miles (2.16 km) of track which were formerly part of a line of the Michigan Central Railroad. It also leases 0.88 miles (1.42 km) of track from Canadian National Railway (CN). It interchanges with CN near the Lapeer Amtrak station. It is a subsidiary of the Adrian and Blissfield Rail Road Company. Its customers include Lapeer Grain, Lapeer Industries and American Bath and Shower.

The Michigan Star Clipper Dinner Train was a dinner train that operated in Michigan for 24 years, first out of Paw Paw, for approximately two years, then from Walled Lake, with trips heading from West Bloomfield to Wixom, where it connects to the CSX mainline and then back to West Bloomfield, MI. On December 31, 2008, the operators of the dinner train announced that they would be shutting down the route due to poor ridership and increased costs in fuel and other various expenses.
