[19] [20] [21] Collective is also involved in activities such as organic farming, theatre & music productions, acting workshops, disaster relief and rehabilitation.[ citation needed ]

Ismail Fazil, better known by his stage name Farhaan Fazil, is an Indian actor working in Malayalam cinema. He debuted in 2014 with Njan Steve Lopez directed by Rajeev Ravi. He is the younger son of filmmaker Fazil and brother of actor Fahadh Faasil.

Kammatipaadam, alternatively spelled as Kammatti Paadam, is a 2016 Indian Malayalam-language action drama film directed by Rajeev Ravi and written by P. Balachandran. The film stars Dulquer Salmaan, Vinayakan, Shaun Romy, Manikandan R. Achari, Vinay Forrt, Shine Tom Chacko, and Suraj Venjaramoodu. The songs were composed by K, John P. Varkey and Vinayakan while the background score was composed by K.

Moothon, also known internationally as The Elder One, is a 2019 Indian Malayalam-language action thriller film written and directed by Geetu Mohandas, and jointly produced by S. Vinod Kumar, Anurag Kashyap, Ajay G. Rai and Alan McAlex. Featuring a bilingual narrative in Jeseri dialect of Malayalam and Hindi, the film stars Nivin Pauly, Shashank Arora, Sobhita Dhulipala, Melissa Raju Thomas, Sanjana Dipu and Roshan Mathew. Hindi-language dialogues were written by Anurag Kashyap. The film premiered at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival and received a positive critical response. It was included in The Hindu's top 25 Malayalam films of the decade and is widely regarded as one of the defining movies of the New Wave Movement.

B. Ajithkumar is an Indian film editor and director. He has won the National Award for Best Editing in 2007 for Naalu Pennungal as well as the Kerala State Film Award for Best Editor in 2002, 2013 for Annayum Rasoolum, and 2017 . Ajithkumar graduated from Film and Television Institute of India, Pune. After graduating, he started his career as film editor. His debut directorial film was Eeda, which depicts the violent political atmosphere of Kannur.

Madhu Neelakandan, sometimes spelled Madhu Neelakantan is an Indian cinematographer and film producer from Muvattupuzha, Kerala, known for his work in the Malayalam and Bollywood film Industries. He is a graduate of the Film and Television Institute of India, Pune. He won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Cinematography for Annayum Rasoolum in 2012 and for Churuli in 2022. His other noted works include, Churuli, Kammatipaadam, Aami, Ramante Edanthottam and Rani Padmini. He is a part of Collective Phase One, a creative group that has produced films such as ID and Njan Steve Lopez.

Grace Antony aka Mary Gracy is an Indian actress, model and classical dancer who works in the Malayalam film industry. Her debut film was Happy Wedding (2016).

Darshana Rajendran is an Indian actress who works predominantly in the Malayalam and Tamil film industries. Darshana debuted her acting career in the 2014 Malayalam film John Paul Vaathil Thurakkunnu. She then acted in Mayanadhi directed by Aashiq Abu.Her other films include Virus (2019), directed by Aashiq Abu, Vijay Superum Pournamiyum, (2019) directed by Jis Joy, Koode directed by Anjali Menon, Hridayam (2022) directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan and Thuramukham directed by Rajeev Ravi. Darshana also bagged character roles in Tamil films like Kavan (2017) and Irumbu Thirai (2018).. In 2022 she acted the title role in the movie Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey. She is a recipient of the Kerala Film Critics Association Award for Best Actress.

<i>Thuramukham</i> (2023 film) 2023 film directed by Rajeev Ravi

Thuramukham (transl. Harbour) is a 2023 Indian Malayalam-language period drama film directed and filmed by Rajeev Ravi and written by Gopan Chidambaran. It is based on the play of the same name by K. M. Chidambaran, Ravi's father. The film stars Nivin Pauly, Indrajith Sukumaran, Joju George, Arjun Ashokan, Sudev Nair, Manikandan R. Achari, Senthil Krishna, and Nimisha Sajayan in prominent roles. In the film, the harbor workers protest against the Chappa labor allocation system practiced during the 1940s and 50s in Cochin district of Kerala.

Sajin Baabu is an Indian film director, screenwriter, and producer, who works in Malayalam cinema. He made his directional debut with Unto the Dusk in 2014. He is noted for his latest movie Biriyaani which bagged numerous awards, including the NETPAC award for best film at ASIATICA, Rome, Italy. He is the winner of Special Jury mention for Direction for his movie Biriyaani at the 67th National Film Awards
