The Collins River, New Zealand is a river of eastern Nelson, New Zealand. As a tributary of the Whangamoa River, it rises north of the Rai Saddle and flows north-westward to join that river at Whangamoa. [1]
The Wai-iti River is in the north of the South Island of New Zealand. It flows northeast for 45 kilometres (28 mi) before combining with the Wairoa River to form the Waimea River. This flows into the southern end of Tasman Bay / Te Tai-o-Aorere near Richmond.
The Commonwealth Range is a north-south trending range of rugged mountains, 60 nautical miles long, located within the Queen Maud Mountains on the Dufek Coast of the continent of Antarctica. The range borders the eastern side of Beardmore Glacier from Keltie Glacier to the Ross Ice Shelf. The range is southeast of the Queen Alexandra Range, which is to the west of the Beardmore Glacier. It is west of the Hughes Range and north of the Supporters Range and the Barton Mountains.
The Mariner Glacier is a major glacier over 60 nautical miles long, descending southeast from the plateau of Victoria Land, Antarctica, between Mountaineer Range and Malta Plateau, and terminating at Lady Newnes Bay, Ross Sea, where it forms the floating Mariner Glacier Tongue.

Tataraimaka is a rural coastal area in Taranaki, New Zealand. It is predominantly a dairy farming area, approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) south-west of New Plymouth. Tataraimaka is located south of Ōakura and north of Ōkato. The Timaru River passes through Tataraimaka on its way from Mount Taranaki. The area lies close to the Kaitake ranges at the foot of mount Taranaki, and consists of steep farmlands which overlook rolling pastures, intercepted by many creeks and rivers leading to the rocky, west coast shoreline. The area is well known for its beaches. Weld Road Beach is a popular surf beach with the locals. The area is becoming increasingly popular for people building lifestyle properties. There are many hiking tracks available to the public which traverse the Kaitake Range. One of these treks is the Boars Head Mine track, which takes hikers to a historical gold mine.
The Whangamoa Saddle is a pass traversed by State Highway 6 on its route between Blenheim and Nelson, immediately to the east of Hira. One of the two passes on the route, the Whangamoa Saddle lies between the valleys of the Whangamoa and Wakapuaka Rivers south of Delaware Bay. The elevation of the pass is 466 metres (1,529 ft) above sea level. The pass marks part of the boundary between Nelson and Marlborough District.
The Bryant Range is a range of low mountains in the northern South Island of New Zealand. They form part of the boundary of the Nelson and Tasman Districts with Marlborough Region, as well as forming the western boundary of Mount Richmond Forest Park The range is traversed by State Highway 6 at the Rai Saddle close to its northern end.
