The Cranston Voting House No. 12 was built in 1935 and located at the junction of Clear Fork Road and Kentucky Route 377 (KY 377) in Rowan County, Kentucky, near Morehead. [1] The building is also known as RW-10. [2] It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998. [1] [2]
It was constructed by the Works Progress Administration (WPA), and used exclusively as a voting house from 1935 to 1936. [2]
Rowan County is a county located in the northeastern part of the U.S. state of Kentucky, in the Eastern Kentucky Coalfield region. As of the 2020 census, the population was 24,662. Its county seat is Morehead.
My Old Kentucky Home State Park is a state park located in Bardstown, Kentucky, United States. The park's centerpiece is Federal Hill, a former plantation home owned by United States Senator John Rowan in 1795. During the Rowan family's occupation, the mansion became a meeting place for local politicians and hosted several visiting dignitaries.

Brushy Voting House No. 6 was a voting house located at the junction of KY 32 and Spruce St. near Morehead, Kentucky. It was built in 1935 out of ashlar cut stone, quarried nearby, and beaded mortar.
The Haldeman Voting House No. 8, on Kentucky Route 174 near Morehead, Kentucky, was built in 1935. The voting house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
