Creosote was a community of Bainbridge Island, Washington, along Eagle Harbor. [1] The area is directly visible from the downtown Bainbridge Island community of Winslow. Originally named Eagle Harbor in 1886, in 1908 the name was changed to Creosote because of the manufacturing and application of creosote at the now-defunct Wyckoff Company plant in the area. [2] The former industrial site is to the north of the community of Bill Point and east of the community of Eagledale at the southern side of the entrance to Eagle Harbor. The site is now the city-owned Pritchard Park and is undergoing Superfund clean-up. [3]

Copper Harbor is an unincorporated community, census-designated place, and all-season resort town in northeastern Keweenaw County in the U.S. state of Michigan. It is within Grant Township on the Keweenaw Peninsula which juts out from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan into Lake Superior. Due to its natural environment and surroundings, Copper Harbor is marketed as a tourist destination within the Great Lakes region. Its population was 108 as of the 2010 census.
Raft Island is a private island and CDP located near the Pierce County community of Rosedale, Washington, United States. Gig Harbor, Washington is the nearest incorporated town, although unincorporated Artondale is much closer. The island features approximately 200 homes on 160 acres. All of these homes are served through the Gig Harbor post office.

Port Madison, sometimes called Port Madison Bay, is a deep water bay located on the west shore of Puget Sound in western Washington. Two small bays open off Port Madison: Miller Bay to the northwest, and another small bay to the south which, confusingly, is also called Port Madison Bay.

Eagledale Park is a 7-acre (28,000 m2) park located in the neighborhood of Eagledale on Bainbridge Island in the state of Washington, U.S.. Like several other parks on Bainbridge Island, Eagledale Park comprises land that was once a military installation. Today the park features tennis courts, an off-leash dog park, a picnic shelter, a children's play area, a sand volleyball court and a pottery studio.
State Route 305 (SR 305) is a 13.50-mile-long (21.73 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Washington, primarily serving Bainbridge Island in Kitsap County and connecting it to Seattle in King County via the Seattle–Bainbridge Ferry. The highway travels north through Bainbridge Island and leaves the island on the Agate Pass Bridge into the Kitsap Peninsula. SR 305 continues northwest through Poulsbo, intersecting SR 307 and ending at the SR 3 freeway. The highway was created during the 1964 highway renumbering and was preceded by Secondary State Highway 21A (SSH 21A), established in 1937. The ferry, part of the highway since 1994, is served by the Jumbo Mark II class MV Tacoma and MV Wenatchee and operates on a 35-minute crossing time.

The Bainbridge Island Japanese American Exclusion Memorial is an outdoor exhibit commemorating the internment of Japanese Americans from Bainbridge Island in the state of Washington. It is located on the south shore of Eagle Harbor, opposite the town of Winslow. Administratively, it is a unit of the Minidoka National Historic Site in Idaho. The mission of the memorial is Nidoto Nai Yoni, “Let It Not Happen Again”.
Jack Block Park is a 15-acre (6.1 ha) park in the West Seattle neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, USA. Situated on the northwest corner of the Port of Seattle's Terminal 5, the park offers public beach access, a children's play area, and a 45-foot (14 m) observation tower.
