He made his Serie C debut for Pro Piacenza on 18 October 2015 in a game against Pavia. [2]

On 29 July 2019, he joined Serie B side Trapani on loan. [3]

On 16 January 2020, he signed a 1.5-year contract with Serie C club Ravenna. [4]

On 10 August 2020, he moved to Lecco. [5]

On 21 July 2021, he joined to Reggiana. [6]

On 10 July 2023, Cauz signed a 2-years deal for Modena. [7]
