Cristina Abuhazi Garcia (born 4 December 1980) is a Venezuelan television host, model, and actress. She is currently working on a variety of TV Shows in Sony Youtube America Latina Network [1] in the United States.

Abuhazi is a lawyer graduated in 2003 in the Facultad de Derecho of Universidad Santa María (Caracas) Venezuela.

She is a marathon runner. Cristina has run the New York City Marathon two times, once in 2007 [10] and 2008 as well as five half marathons in her hometown of Miami. [11]

Cristina is involved in the fight against breast cancer participating in the Asociación Civil sin fines de lucro SenosAyuda [12] and the McHappy Day with the McDonald's Venezuela Foundation, [13] finding a cure for infantile paralysis (Poliomyelitis) in an annual event, where a percentage of the day's sales go to charity. It is the signature fundraising event for Ronald McDonald House Charities.

<i>Súper Sábado Sensacional</i> Venezuelan TV series or program

Súper Sábado Sensacional is a Spanish-language variety show created in Venezuela, and established on Radio Caracas Television in 1968. The show later moved to Venevisión network in 1970. Shown on a weekly basis, every Saturday from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm it is viewed internationally throughout Latin America, the Caribbean and the United States and it is considered one of the highest rated television shows in the country. Throughout its run, there have been five major hosts: Amador Bendayán (1972–1988), Gilberto Correa (1988–1996), Daniel Sarcos (1997–2009), Leonardo Villalobos (2010–2016) and Henrys Silva (2016–present).

The RCTV protests were a series of protests in Venezuela that began in the middle of May 2007. The cause of the protests was the decision by the government to shut down Venezuela's oldest private television network, Radio Caracas Televisión (RCTV), refusing to renew its broadcasting license and instead creating a new public service channel called TVes, which began operations on 28 May, the same day RCTV's license expired. RCTV had Venezuela's largest viewing audience, with 10 million of the country's 26 million people viewing its shows and soap operas.
