Cruel to Be Young is indie band Jonezetta's second full-length album, which was released on September 16, 2008 through Tooth & Nail Records.
Cruel Intentions is a 1999 American teen romantic drama film written and directed by Roger Kumble and starring Sarah Michelle Gellar, Ryan Phillippe, Reese Witherspoon, and Selma Blair. The film, set in New York City among rich high schoolers, is a modern retelling of Pierre Choderlos de Laclos' 1782 novel Les Liaisons dangereuses.

In 2009 and 2010, they frequently played unreleased songs on tour, including "Jack O Lantern Dreams", "Cover Your Eyes", "Evonne", "The Whispering Well", "The Carnival", "Whispering" and "Oh, Honestly!" Many of these songs made it onto the new album, which the band began recording in mid-December 2009 in Nashville. Rain's A Comin' was made available for a listening party on Jesus Freak Hideout on June 22, 2010. The album was released on June 29, 2010 with a music video for "Cover Your Eyes" was released on June 30, 2010.
Rick Holmstrom is an American electric blues and rhythm and blues guitarist, singer and songwriter. Holmstrom has previously worked with William Clarke, Johnny Dyer, and Rod Piazza. Swimming With Dolphins is an American electronica band from Minneapolis, Minnesota. The band formed in 2008 by Austin Tofte and Owl City frontman Adam Young. The name of the band was derived, according to Tofte, from "some old Jacques Cousteau documentaries from the 80s". The group is fronted by Tofte, while Young performed synths and programming for the act and additionally served as the producer of the group.
