Culver Park was the park located in Ludington, Michigan during the early 20th century that was used, among other things, as the local fair grounds. Culver Park was the home field for the Ludington Mariners during the late 1910s and early to mid-1920s. [1] The park was demolished sometime after 1931 and is now the site of the Ludington Municipal Marina.

The Mason County Sculpture Trail is a Western and Northern Michigan arts attraction of sculptures in Mason County, Michigan. This county wide outdoor art exhibition is centered on Ludington, Michigan. "What originally started out as a sculpture park on the shores of Lake Michigan in Ludington has now expanded as a regional sculpture trail..." In 2012, it was inaugurated with the idea of using sculptures as a cultural attraction and economic stimulus to Mason County. The sculpture "trail" will eventually include sculptures in Scottville, Custer, Free Soil, and Fountain of Mason County. Nine sculptures are at the Ludington Waterfront Park, two at the Ludington Public Library, one at the Ludington State Park, and one at the Mason County Fairgrounds, just east of the downtown.

Carrom Company was a manufacturer of games and furniture, headquartered in Ludington, Michigan. It started as Ludington Novelty Company in the 19th century. Its main product was the game of carroms. The company first started as the Ludington Novelty company at the end of the nineteenth century making novelty items. One of these was the game of carroms as a family game. The first carrom game boards were made by hand one by one and sold first before another was made. The game was sold in the US by the tens-of-thousands starting at the end of the 19th century. The parlor game became popular worldwide. Various local businessmen were involved with the company in its financing and management. Additional products were added to the original game of carroms as time went on, usually as associated furniture. The original company sold out to a larger firm in 1951 and the Ludington branch, which continued making the carroms game, became a small part of the larger firm.
House of Flavors is a manufacturer of ice cream based in Ludington, Michigan. It started as a dairy business as part of a farm operation before 1930. In 1935 the business had become known as Miller's Dairy and started expanding the operation. By the 1940s they processed milk, buttermilk, cottage cheese, and ice cream. In the late 1940s a businessman with a decade of dairy experience moved to Ludington from a city 60 miles south to become a partner of the existing business. He became the general manager and the name was changed to Park Dairy. The milk and butter segments of the business were sold off and the enterprise concentrated from then on into just making ice cream.
