"Cut the Kid" is a song by French DJ and record producer Madeon. He described it as "kind of a happy groovy production jam". [1] It was released as a free download on February 2014 through Madeon's website. Madeon claims to have created it in 2011 or 2012. [2] "Cut the Kid" was accessed via a puzzle, which the user had to complete before receiving the download. [3] [4] The song features on the deluxe edition of his debut studio album, Adventure (2015).

<i>The City</i> (EP) 2012 EP by Madeon

The City is an extended play (EP) by French DJ and record producer Madeon. The title track was released as a single on 27 August 2012, with an EP release on 8 October 2012, with remixes and alternative versions of his tracks "Finale" and "Icarus". It was released exclusively as a digital download. The EP's title track, "The City", contains uncredited vocals from Zak Waters and Cass Lowe, and an extended mix. A remix by The M Machine was released as a single on 10 December 2012. The song is on the soundtrack for the 2012 video game Need For Speed: Most Wanted and NHL 15. The song features on the deluxe edition of his debut studio album, Adventure (2015).

A Europop and electropop song, "Gypsy" is a 1980s style "anthemic" track with piano and guitar instrumentation, and lyrically talks about Gaga's fans as being the people she feels closest to. The track was mistakenly assumed to be the third single from the album when Interscope Records listed it on their SoundCloud page reserved for future releases.

It was written and produced by Gaga, along with other songwriters including: Paul "DJ White Shadow" Blair, Madeon, Dino Zisis, Nick Monson, and Sun Ra. The recording includes a sample from the French electropop duo Zombie Zombie's cover of Sun Ra's song "Rocket Number 9", from his studio album, Interstellar Low Ways (1966); Sun Ra received a co-writing credit on the track. Originally intended to be the second single from the album, it was released as the first promotional single from Artpop on October 27, 2013, to the iTunes Store, following the positive reception of "Do What U Want", which was planned to be a promotional single only.
